Rockford Little League is committed to providing a safe environment for all people involved in our organization. Everyone involved in RLL should be treated with dignity, courtesy and respect. It is the policy of RLL to provide an environment that is free of abuse and that safeguards the health and well-being of all involved in RLL.

In accordance with this policy, RLL will not condone or tolerate towards anyone involved in RLL any of the following:

Infliction of sexually abusive behavior on anyone
bulletAny unwarranted sexual advances
bulletInfliction of physically abusive behavior or bodily injury to anyone
bulletPhysical neglect of anyone, involving failure to provide adequate safety measures, care and supervision in relation to RLL activities
bulletEmotional maltreatment, including verbal abuse and/or verbal attacks

All managers, coaches, umpires, Board Members, Committee Chairs and other volunteers may be subject to a background check.
